INGREDIENTS
1 Shot Rose’s Lime Cordial
1 Shot Triple Sec
2 Shots Prosecco
Sparkling Water
Garnish with a twisted lime peel and pomegranate pips.
METHOD
Add all the ingredients, except sparkling water, into a champagne glass and top up with sparkling water. Enjoyed best when Prosecco is chilled.
OPTIONAL
Replace Prosecco with non-alcoholic sparkling wine for a mocktail alternative.
