Zesty Champagne Mojito
Ingredients:
- Mint leaves ~ 2 small bunches (extra for garnish)
- Sugar ~ 2 tsp
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Rose’s Lemon Cordial ~ 50ml
- Champagne / sparkling wine ~ 400ml (Alcoholic/Non-alcoholic)
- Ice cubes
- Lemon slices (for garnish)
- 2 glasses (to serve)
Method:
Add 1 bunch of mint, 1 tsp sugar, juice of ½ lemon & 25 ml of Rose’s to each glass.
Then, mix the ingredients together, top with ice & champagne.
Garnish with mint & lemon slices.
