Sensational Watermelon & Basil

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Rose’s Watermelon Cordial 
  • Handful Basil leaves 
  • 125ml Gin 
  • Ice cubes 
  • Rose’s Sensational Soda Mixer

Method:

  1. In a small saucepan, reduce Rose’s Watermelon Cordial with basil leaves over medium heat for about 10 minutes to create a syrup. 
  2. Once syrup has chilled, divide equally into glasses. 
  3. Fill glasses with ice and top with Rose’s Sensational Soda. 
  4. Garnish with fresh basil and watermelon (optional).
