Pink Melon Fusion
Ingredients:
- 50ml Rose’s Watermelon Cordial
- ½ cucumber, peeled, deseeded and sliced
- Handful mint leaves
- 1 lime, juiced
- 80ml vodka
- Ice cubes
- Rose’s Tantalising Tonic Mixer
Method:
- In a blender, place Rose’s Watermelon Cordial, cucumber, mint leaves and blend until smooth. Strain mixture through a sieve and set aside.
- Add lime juice and vodka to the strained juice mixture and stir to combine.
- Add prepared cocktails equally into glasses.
- Fill glasses with ice and Rose’s Tantalising Tonic Mixer.
- Garnish with cucumber and mint (optional).
