Citrus gin with Ginger Infusion


  • ¼ Cucumber, ribbons
  • 1 Orange or lemon, zested
  • 50ml Rose’s Lime Cordial
  • 50ml Gin (optional)
  • Ice cubes
  • Rose’s Ginger Infusion Mixer


  1. Shave long ribbons of cucumbers.
  2. Coarsely chop the remaining cucumber.
  3. In a cocktail shaker, muddle chopped cucumber and orange zest.
  4. Add Rose’s Lime Cordial and gin to the shaker.
  5. Fill with ice and shake until the outside of the shaker is frosty, for about 20-30 seconds.
  6. Strain into ice filled glasses. 
  7. Top each cocktail off with Rose’s Ginger Infusion Mixer.
  8. Garnish with remaining cucumber ribbons and zest.
